Jings is a beautiful J/133 racer/cruiser and was launched new in 2011. She is 43’ long, with carbon mast, alloy boom, carbon bow sprite and has many racing upgrades including Tuff Luff forestay, Vectron backstay with remote hydraulic controls, upgraded primary winches & mast base winches.
She has B&G electronics: 4x 20/20 displays on the mast, 2 x GFDs on the coach roof and a Zeus chart plotter at the helm. At the chart table we have an iCom DSC VHF, another GFD plus a USB interface for a PC running Deckman software.
The sails are all North 3DL carbon with a 2015 main sail, A5, Staysail & J2(3DI) being delivered for Malta. In addition, we have the race (2011-14) 3DL jibs: J1, J3, J4 & Jib Top. Asymmetric spinnaker set: Code Zero, A1,A2,A3,A4. She also has a cruising main and jib for training and well .. cruising!
Down below we have a beautiful tradition interior with 3 double cabin layout, 4 bunks in saloon, 1 heads, L shape galley with fridge and upgraded hob and oven.
Jings is RYA CAT2 coded with full offshore kit including 2 life rafts, 14 life jackets & safety lines. We can race double handed or with up to 12 crew. For cruising we normally sail with up to 6 guests to ensure lots of comfort.
